Haulage information

We always suggest checking the access to your property before placing an order. Below we have including some information regarding our tippers, hiab vehicles and tail lift.

Tail-lift lorry

A tail lift lorry is used for delivers nationally. The vehicles can come in various sizes. This type of delivery will require a flat and hard standing area in order to offload. The process involves wheeling a hand pump cart under the pallet and hand pushing the pallet on to the tail lift, this is then lowered and wheeled onto the ground. If access is an issue at your property please make sure we are aware so we can request a smaller vehicle. For more information about a tail lift delivery please check out the video on the right or this handy PDF.

If your quotation includes delivery, please ensure your delivery address is suitable for the method in which we have agreed to deliver. If there are any restrictions of access such as tight roads or obstacles that may prevent a smooth delivery, please raise this concern with Lantoom before placing an order.

If delivery is unsuccessful or not possible due to such restrictions, you may be liable to cover the cost of haulage if those restrictions are not specified before placing an order. As ever, we wish to keep all of our customers happy, so please provide as much information as possible about access to your property or site, to ensure we can provide your order in the smoothest way possible.
